Ingredients

4 c. diced apples (don’t dice too fine)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. nuts
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Method

Mix apples and sugar together. Mix in all other ingredients. Put in 9×13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-60 minutes or until cake shrinks from edge of pan.
